The host was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy, and the grounds were beautiful. We appreciated the helpful suggestions for dining options. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious with farm-fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes, and homemade bread. Yum!
While the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of things that could have been better. the lack of air conditioning in the cabin made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer days.

The cabin was cozy and clean, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts, Keith and Marge, were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even warned us about an approaching storm and advised us to park our vehicle inside. The breakfast was outstanding, with delicious options made to order. We loved the eggs benedict and pancakes. the hosts made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
Initially, it was a bit confusing to find the location as the description could have been clearer. However, once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts.

I had an outstanding 2-day escape from the routine life at a delightful Bed & Breakfast. the property exceeded my expectations with its beautiful surroundings and opportunities to experience a slow living. the property was impeccably clean and provided everything I needed, from fresh towels to great Wi-Fi. Despite the heat outside, the inside of the property remained nice and cool without any HVAC. What I loved the most was the breakfast experience, served in the best traditions of Great Britain. the menu was extensive and everything tasted delicious. the hospitality provided by the owners, Marg and Keith, was amazing. They were kind, caring, and respectful of my privacy. the location was excellent, tucked away just off the highway, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. it was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to visit again. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

The hosts were amazing and made me feel right at home. They were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was great, just a short drive away from the city center. This made it really convenient for me to explore and visit all the attractions in the area. Another thing I loved was the breakfast spread. It was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hosts even provided me with takeout containers, so I could enjoy a filling meal on the go.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. One of the negatives was the weather.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh fruit, juice, and homemade bread. The host was exceptional, taking the time to show us around and making sure everything was in working order. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding was top-notch. The owners were fantastic people and couldn't have been more hospitable. We even got to see a doe and fawn outside our window!
During our stay, we encountered a high number of mosquitoes and deer flies, which made hiking and spending time outdoors a bit problematic. The weather seemed to attract these insects, which was a downside to exploring the wooded areas and nearby Torrence Barrens.
